1 ptsmall curd cottage cheese

1 lbshredded jack cheese

2, 7 ozcans diced green chilies

1/2 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder
How To Make bunyan's diabetic chile cheese squares

1Preheat oven to 400
-
2Add all ingredients to a bowl

3Mix well
-
4Pour into a buttered 13 X 9 baking pan

5Bake at 400 for 10 mins

6Lower oven to 350
-
7Bake 30 more mins or until firm

8Don't over bake
-
9Remove from oven
-
10Place on cooling rack, and let rest for 20 mins

11Cut into bite size squares.
