A friend gave me this recipe and it quickly became a favorite on Sundays when watching football.

Ingredients For buffalo chicken dip

3chicken breast cutlets, thick

1 bottlehot sauce, your favorite brand

1 jarmarie's blue cheese dressing

2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

8 ozcream cheese, softened
How To Make buffalo chicken dip

1Boil checken gently for about one hours. Then let sit in teh water for 45 minutes.

2Discard the water and shred chicken in the pot. Mix with the bottle of hot sauce. Simmer on the stove for 10-15 minutes.

3You can put this together two ways. First way: mix cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and 1/2 cup of mozzarella in with the chicken and hot sauce. Then pour into a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella.

4Second way: Layer in a baking dish - cream cheese on the bottom. Chicken with hot sauce, then pour blue cheese dressing over top and cover with mozzarella cheese.

5Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. You can make in advance and then cook before ready to serve. I serve with Scoops or Tortilla chips and celery.
