Octoberfest is almost here again this year and this will be a great appetizer. Serve with mustard pretzels or crackers.

Ingredients For brewfest cheese spread

8 ozcream cheese

2 tspdijon mustard

2 1/2 csharp shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbspheavey cream

1/4 tspof your favorite hot sauce

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 cof ale ( like samuel adams )

2 Tbspchopped fresh parsley
How To Make brewfest cheese spread

1Combine cheese, mustard, cream, hot sauce, and salt in a food processor.

2Then start processing for about 30 seconds and then slowly add the beer in continuing till it very smooth.

3Next pulse in the parsley till mixed in. Chill for a few hours.

4Can be stored in the frig for up to 4 days. But you will eat it all by then like we did!You will want to take it out of the frig about a half hour or more before you serve it.
