4 ozblue cheese, soft, crumbled

8 ozcream cheese softened

2 Tbspparsley, fresh and chopped

2 Tbspbrandy

1garlic clove, finely chopped

1/3 csesame seeds, toasted
How To Make brandy cheese ball

1Beat blue cheese, cream cheese, parsley, brandy and garlic in small bowl on low speed until smooth.

2Cover and refrigerate about 6 hours or until firm.

3Just before serving, shape cheese mixture into a ball and roll in sesame seed.

4Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
