This is an old recipe but I do not know where it originated. Its among my hand written recipe from the 1980's. I love blue cheese so use this one often. If you prepare this in a blender, as I do, it will be very smooth. If you like it chunky use a mixer to blend.

4 ozcrumbled blue cheese, about 1 cup

1 pkg(3 ounces), cream cheese softened

2 Tbspmilk

2 Tbspmayonnaise

1finely chopped green onion
How To Make blue cheese dip

1Combine ingredients and mix with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Serve as a dip for vegetables or spread on crackers.
