When I read Nancy's recipe for cream cheese grapes, I remembered that I had eaten bleu cheese grapes and enjoyed them. Here's my version of cheese covered grapes.

Ingredients For bleu cheese grapes

  • 3 oz
    bleu cheese
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 bunch
    red or green seedless grapes
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 c
    toasted walnuts

How To Make bleu cheese grapes

  • 1
    Bring cheeses to room temperature and mix together with cream.
  • 2
    Add grapes to cheese mixture and stir to coat grapes.
  • 3
    Finely chop walnuts and roll grapes individually in walnuts
  • 4
    Place on parchment covered cookie sheet and cover lightly with waxed paper. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
