This is a staple for our family gatherings during holidays for breakfast, snacks, and also great to make for potlucks or The Big Game. Easy to whip together, and always goes quickly! I use the hot sausage, but you can substitute one or both packages for the traditional version if you like.

Ingredients For best ever sausage cheese balls

2 lbhot jimmy dean sausage (uncooked) (2 pkg)

1 1/2 cbisquick biscuit mix

16 ozshredded chedder cheese

1/2 cfinely chopped onion

1/2 cfinely chopped celery

1/2 tspgarlic powder
How To Make best ever sausage cheese balls

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

3Shape into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheets.

4Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees F.

5(You can freeze these ahead uncooked. If frozen, thaw for 15 minutes before baking.)
