A must have at our home for holidays or any day for that matter. Quick and easy to make with a small food processor/chopper. I use x-tra sharp cheese and PBR (Pabst Blue Ribbon) beer, but you can experiment and use your own choices.

Ingredients For beer cheese

  • 8 to 10 oz
    x-tra sharp cheese
  • 1 can
    pabst blue ribbon beer
  • crackers of your choice

How To Make beer cheese

  • 1
    Cut cheese into cubes or shredd and put into processor.
  • 2
    Add a little beer at a time until you get it to a desired, spreadable mixture.
  • 3
    Spread on crackers and enjoy. Oh, yeah, whatever beer you didn't use, now is a good time to enjoy with your appetizer!
