Ingredients For beefed up cheese ball

  • 2 pkg
    8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • 4-5 oz
    grated cheddar cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 sm
    jar green olives
  • 1/2 sm
    jar black olives
  • 1 (3 - 4) oz
    package dried beef, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp
    horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    prepared mustard
  • 1 sm
    onion, minced
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    finely chopped pecans

How To Make beefed up cheese ball

  • 1
    Chop olives and mix with minced onion and chopped beef. Thoroughly mix together the cheeses, mustard,horseradish, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix in the olives, onion and beef. Shape into 1 or 2 balls, depending on the size you desire. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
