Ingredients For beefed up cheese ball

2 pkg8 oz cream cheese at room temperature

4-5 ozgrated cheddar cheese, room temperature

1/2 smjar green olives
-
1/2 smjar black olives
-
1 (3 - 4) ozpackage dried beef, chopped

1 Tbsphorseradish

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 tspprepared mustard
-
1 smonion, minced
-
1/4 - 1/2 cfinely chopped pecans
How To Make beefed up cheese ball

1Chop olives and mix with minced onion and chopped beef. Thoroughly mix together the cheeses, mustard,horseradish, and Worcestershire Sauce. Mix in the olives, onion and beef. Shape into 1 or 2 balls, depending on the size you desire. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate.
