Ingredients For baked spinach and artichoke dip

  • 2 pkg
    chopped frozen spinach
  • 14 oz
    artichoke hearts, canned
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 14 oz
    alfredo sauce
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic

How To Make baked spinach and artichoke dip

    Open both packages of frozen spinach and place in a microwavable dish. Add water in bottom of dish and microwave on high heat until defrosted. Place the spinach in a strainer and squeeze the water out of spinach.

    Drain Artichokes and chop into bite size pieces. Add spinach and chopped artichoke in a large bowl. Soften the cream cheese in microwave if needed and add to bowl along with mayo, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic and alfredo sauce.

    Stir ingredients well and add sea salt and black pepper to your taste. Pour mixture into a well greased baking dish. (I used a glass 8 x 8 dish) and put into preheated oven for approximately 25 minutes or until bubbly. Let cool slightly and eat with your favorites tortilla chips.
