Never in the history of appetizers has there been a more elegant or easier recipe than this Baked Brie with Cranberries and Walnuts. You will be so incredibly pleased with how easy this recipe is and how delicious it tastes. Are you doing any entertaining over the holidays? Ingredients For baked brie

  • 8 oz
    brie cheese wheel
  • 1 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp
    chopped fresh rosemary

How To Make baked brie

    Add the water, cranberries and brown sugar to a saucepan over medium low heat. Simmer for 7-8 minutes or until the cranberries start to pop. Remove from the heat and let cool for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the honey.

    While the cranberries are cooking place the brie on a parchment covered baking sheet or in a mini iron skillet. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is soft to the touch. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes before spooning on the cranberry mixture, walnuts, orange zest and rosemary. For best results serve promptly.
