My high school math teacher turned caterer in her retirement invented this one. It's great as an appetizer or snack. Also great in stuffed mushrooms.

Ingredients For bacon parmesan

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan
  • 1/2 c
    shredded parmesan
  • 2 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 3 oz
    bacon bits

How To Make bacon parmesan

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Soften cream cheese in a large bowl. (I usually use defrost in the microwave for quick use.)

    Mix in sour cream and mayo. Stir in other ingredients.

    Bake in a 9x9 pan (or similar size) for about 20 min or until starting to brown.

    Serve with your favorite crackers!
