1baguette of french bread

1 jarspiced rum and maple bacon jam - recipe on jap

gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
How To Make bacon jam and gorgonzola appetizer

1Slice bread very thin. Bake at 350 degrees 5 minutes until just crisp. -
2Spread bacon jam over the french bread rounds. Top with a little gorgonzola cheese. A little goes a long way.

3Place back in oven and bake until gorgonzola is melted.
