Who doesn't like a bacon appetizer. Easy to fix and they will be gone quickly.

Ingredients For bacon crisps

  • 1 lb
    smoked bacon,cut slices in half.
  • 1/2 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1
    sleeve buttery rectangular crackers

How To Make bacon crisps

    Prehaet oven to 250.
  • 2
    Place 1 teaspoon of freshly grated parmesan cheese on each cracker and wrap tightly with a strip of bacon.

    Place the wrapped crackers on a baking sheet and bake for 2 hours or until the bacon is done. DO NOT TURN. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot or at room temperature.
