Ingredients For aunt sue appleton's cheese ball

2 pkg

8 oz cream cheese
1 can

pineapple (you will use 8 oz but they do not sell them in 8 oz cans)
2 Tbsp

celery seeds
2 Tbsp

minced white onions
1 Tbsp

seasoning salt
pecan pieces--enough to roll your ball in and completely cover it

How To Make aunt sue appleton's cheese ball

Drain pineapple VERY well or it will not set up.

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, onions, and celery seeds together and roll into a big ball.

Roll ball in seasoning salt so the entire ball is covered.

Next, roll the ball over the pecan pieces so that it is completely covered. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.
