I made these for a appetizer for a candle party!!! OH they were a hit!! I did add a little more spice than here!!

Ingredients For artichoke cheese squares

1/4 cchopped red onion

3clove garlic, minced

2 Tbspbutter

4eggs, beaten

12 ozartichoke hearts

1/4 cdry bread crumbs

1/2 lbcheddar cheese, grated

1 Tbspdried parsley
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsporegano
-
1/4 tspblack pepper
-
1/4 tsphot pepper sauce
How To Make artichoke cheese squares

1Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts.

2Saute onion and garlic in butter.

3Mix eggs, artichokes, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings.

4Add onions and garlic.
-
5Turn into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until set.

6Cut into squares.
