This is a very quick & easy appetizer dish. You may like adding salmon to the filling also.

Ingredients For appetizer mini onion tarts

  • 6 to 8 oz
    chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 12 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 36
    frozen phyllo cups
  • green onion or paprika, to taste

How To Make appetizer mini onion tarts

  • 1
    Saute the onions in the butter in a large skillet until translucent. Combine with the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese & mayo in a bowl and mix well.

    Spoon into the phyllo cups and arrange on a baking sheet. Bake at 425^ for 6 to 8 minutes or until set. Granish with green onion and/or paprika.
