Ingredients For amber glow

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 jar
    apricot or peach preserves (8 ozs.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 c
    chopped salted peanuts
  • crackers

How To Make amber glow

  • 1
    Press cream cheese into an 8 ounce plastic container or small bowl. Loosen edges with a spatula and invert onto the center of a shallow serving dish. Smooth surface with the spatula.

    In a small bowl, mix preserves, mustard, horseradish and red pepper until well blended. Pour over cheese.

    Sprinkle with nuts. Serve with crackers.
