Crispy, gooey, cheesy, fruity, salty and savory all in one! This is my entry for the LOGAN challenge and it was by far, the most challenging and most fun one, to date!

Ingredients For a lovely logan crisp

lemongrass - just a pinch; fresh and chopped very fine

2 sliceoatnut bread

2 - 4 slicegouda cheese (i used apple smoked gouda)

1/2apple

1/4 tspnutmeg
How To Make a lovely logan crisp

1Wash, peel and thinly slice the apple.

2Very finely dice the lemongrass.

3Mix apple with lemongrass and nutmeg. Set aside.

4Place 1-2 slices of gouda on each slice of bread. Toast in convection oven until gouda softens or is semi-melted.

5After you take the bread out of the convection oven, scoop on the apple mix. Enjoy :)
