Ingredients For a little hanky panky

1 lbbulk hot pork sausage

1 lblean ground beef

1 lbvelveeta cheese, cut into cubes

1 tspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspbasil, dried or 1 teaspoon oregano

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper

1 tspgarlic powder with parsley

1 lbmozzarella cheese, freshly shredded

1 lbloaf cocktail rye bread
How To Make a little hanky panky

1Saute sausage and beef in a large frying pan. Drain in a colander and blot with paper towel to absorb as much grease as possible.

2Combine sausage mixture and Velveeta cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder and blend well.

3Spread mixture on cocktail rye and sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 minutes.

4Hanky Pankies may be made ahead and frozen. Bake for 12 minutes if frozen.
