You can add anything to this-I buy pre-sliced hard salami at Aldi grocery store in packages. You can add any type of cheese, vegetables, etc. It's very versatile and so easy to make. It makes a lot too!

Ingredients For very easy antipasti for a crowd

1large hard salami, paper removed and cut into pieces

1large block mozzarella cheese, cubed

1large block cheddar cheese, cubed

1 lgcan pitted black olives, drained

1 lgjar green olives, drained

1container cherry or grape tomatoes, washed and dried

1medium fresh broccoli head, trimmed and cut into florets

1 lgjar artichoke hearts, undrained, cut into pieces

1 smjar pepperocini peppers, drained

1package fresh whole mushrooms, quartered

1green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced

1 lgbottle prepared italian dressing

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese (the kind in the green can)
How To Make very easy antipasti for a crowd

1Combine all ingredients (except parmesan cheese) in a large container with a sealable lid or a large ziplock bag. Let set at least 2 hours for vegetables/cheeses/meats to marinade, turning or shaking container or bag halfway through.

2Serve on a platter with toothpicks on the side as an appetizer. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese right before serving.
