Ingredients For tomato pancakes

  • 3 lg
    tomatoes
  • 200 g
    flour
  • 2 md
    eggs
  • 1 lg
    onion
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper
  • 150 g
    bread crumbs
  • 150 ml
    oil

How To Make tomato pancakes

    Wash and peel the tomatoes.Cut them in cubes,pull out the seeds and dry them very well.

    Peel,wash and chop the onion,and stew it in oil.

    Let it chill.

    Mix in a bowl,tomatoes,onion,eggs,flour (till is thick),salt,pepper.

    Modelate little pancakes,cover them with bread crumbs,and fry them well.

    Serve them with salted cheese.
