Ingredients For tabbouleh

  • 2 bunch
    parsley,finely chopped
  • 3 md
    tomatoes , finely cubed
  • 1/4 c
    mint, fresh , finely chopped
  • 1/8 c
    fine bulgur wheat, uncooked
  • 1/2 c
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 pinch
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 md
    white onions ,finely cubed
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    salt

How To Make tabbouleh

  • 1
    Wash finely chopped parsley and mint then drain.
  • 2
    Wash bulgur and drain.
  • 3
    In a salad bowl, mix green ingredients which are drained with cubed tomatoes, onions,bulgur and lemon zest.

    add lemon juice, salt and olive oil. you can add extra lemon juice and salt if needed.

    eat with lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves.
