Ingredients For tabbouleh

2 bunchparsley,finely chopped

3 mdtomatoes , finely cubed
-
1/4 cmint, fresh , finely chopped
-
1/8 cfine bulgur wheat, uncooked

1/2 clemon juice, fresh

1 pinchlemon zest, grated
-
1 mdwhite onions ,finely cubed
-
1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1 tspsalt
How To Make tabbouleh

1Wash finely chopped parsley and mint then drain.

2Wash bulgur and drain.

3In a salad bowl, mix green ingredients which are drained with cubed tomatoes, onions,bulgur and lemon zest.

4add lemon juice, salt and olive oil. you can add extra lemon juice and salt if needed.

5eat with lettuce leaves or cabbage leaves.
