Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip

1 boxfrozen chopped spinach, thawed (10 oz)

1 csour cream (can use lite)

1/2 cparmesean cheese, grated

1 cmozzarella cheese, shredded
-
8 ozcream cheese, softened (can use reduced fat)

4 clovegarlic, crushed
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
-
1 canartichoke hearts, 14 oz. drained

1 tsphot pepper sauce, or more to your taste
How To Make spinach artichoke dip

1preheat over to 350 F

2Squeeze all excess water from spinach & place in a food processor with parmesean cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, garlic, pepper & hot sauce.

3Process until blended, but still lumpy. Add artichokes and puse to mix, but still chunky.

4Place in a 1 qt. baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks or crackers! Enjoy
