Ingredients For spinach artichoke dip

  • 1 box
    frozen chopped spinach, thawed (10 oz)
  • 1 c
    sour cream (can use lite)
  • 1/2 c
    parmesean cheese, grated
  • 1 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese, softened (can use reduced fat)
  • 4 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 can
    artichoke hearts, 14 oz. drained
  • 1 tsp
    hot pepper sauce, or more to your taste

How To Make spinach artichoke dip

    preheat over to 350 F
  • 2
    Squeeze all excess water from spinach & place in a food processor with parmesean cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 cup of mozzarella, garlic, pepper & hot sauce.

    Process until blended, but still lumpy. Add artichokes and puse to mix, but still chunky.

    Place in a 1 qt. baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Serve with carrot sticks, celery sticks or crackers! Enjoy
