spicy portabella stack
This was intended to be reduced carb version of a grilled cheese sammie, however it had to be eaten with a fork. It was delicious!!!

Ingredients For spicy portabella stack

2portabella mushrooms

2 slicelow sodium bacon, opt

1 ozasadero cheese

1 Tbsphuy fong garlic chili sauce

1 Tbspchopped cilantro
How To Make spicy portabella stack

1Place bacon on baking sheet and bake in 375° oven for 20-25 min.

2Remove stem and scrap out gills with a spoon, and wipe down with a damp cloth. Place in a skillet and cook till tender.

3I placed a small pot on top to help it make contact with the skillet.

4Grate your favorite melting cheese, I used Asadero. Layer: Portabella, cheese, thai garlic chile sauce, chopped cilantro, bacon, and top with more cheese, and the other portabella. I popped mine in the microwave for 1 min to melt cheese.
