    collard greens, shredded
  • 1 c
    napa cabbage, shredded
  • 4
    green onion stalks, chopped
  • 2-3
    garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 lb
    lb pulled pork
  • 1/3 c
    hormel fully cooked bacon,crumbled
  • 2 oz
    rice noodles, softened with warm water
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 24
    spring roll wrappers
  • egg wash
  • oil for deep frying
  • LOGANFABULOUS SAUCE-COMBINE
  • 1/2 c
    spicy bbq sauce
  • 1/4 c
    sweet chili sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    soy sauce, light
  • 1/4 tsp
    dry mustard
  • tsp
    toasted sesame seeds

How To Make sista girl spring rolls with loganfabulous sauce

    Combine collard greens, cabbage, green onion, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes,pulled pork, bacon, rice noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil in a large mixing bowl. Combine well.

    Build you spring roll: Lay the egg roll wrapper out like a diamond on dry surface. Place a handful of the filling in the middle of the egg roll, fold and roll. Add a little egg wash at the top and seal.

    Deep fry them on medium-high. Remove them once they're golden brown all over and are floating to the top. Fry in batches. Serve with dipping sauce.
