I tasted this at a craft show a while back and forgot about the recipe..This was part of a demonstration using their packaged dip mixes...but decided I could do the same thing without the powdered mixes and could add a few flavors of my own..this turned out so good...

Ingredients For radish, cucumber and bacon spread

1 cbutter spread (margarine)

1/2 ccream cheese, softened

1/2 cgreek yogurt

1/4 cfinely shredded colby jack cheese

1/2 cseeded, shredded, peeled english cucumber,squeezed dry

1/2 cshredded red radish, squeezed dry
-
1 Tbspparsley flakes
-
6 slicecrisp fried bacon, crumbled

1 pinchblack pepper
-
2green onions, chopped fine and some of the green tops too
How To Make radish, cucumber and bacon spread

1To get the most of the liquid from the cucumber and the radish you can squeeze it in a ricer or place the veggies in a gauze cheese cloth and twist out the juices.

2Combine the butter spread, cream cheese and yogurt in a large bow and beat until smooth and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

3Spoon into a serving bowl. Garnish with extra green onion and radish slices if desired. Serve with your favorite crackers, baguettes slices or rye party slices..
