1 ccooked quinoa

1 cpinto beans

1/2 ctomato paste

2 tspbasil

1/2 tsponion powder

1/2 tspgarlic powder

1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tspsugar

small chunks of mozzarella cheese
How To Make quinoa pizza balls

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a sheet for baking the balls.

2Mash pinto beans well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix till smooth. Roll into balls. Make an indent in the middle of each ball and wrap the "dough" around a small chunk of mozzarella cheese.

3Place on greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until slightly crispy.
