This Pico De Gallo is the best I've personally had. It's from my sisters husbands family, who are Mexican. The ingredients are fresh and clean tasting. A very simple recipe but it is so delicious and by far the fresh flavor profile beats the store bought kind!

Ingredients For pico de gallo

3 mdvine ripened tomatos

1/2 mdsweet yellow onion or white onion

6fresh green serrano chilis
-
3 Tbspcilantro, fresh

1 Tbspparsely, fresh

salt-n-pepper to taste

1 mdlemon or lime
How To Make pico de gallo

1Hint: If at all possible, buy as many ingredients organic for this recipe since it is not cooked.

2Chop Tomato with skin on into small pieces Add 1/2 Onion, chopped small

3Add chopped fine the... Serrano Chilis, Cilantro, Parsely Dash of salt-n-pepper to taste

4Squeeze Lemon or Lime over mixture. Mix. Let rest for 3-4 hours in fridge. Keeps 5-6 days.
