This Pico De Gallo is the best I've personally had. It's from my sisters husbands family, who are Mexican. The ingredients are fresh and clean tasting. A very simple recipe but it is so delicious and by far the fresh flavor profile beats the store bought kind!

Ingredients For pico de gallo

  • 3 md
    vine ripened tomatos
  • 1/2 md
    sweet yellow onion or white onion
  • 6
    fresh green serrano chilis
  • 3 Tbsp
    cilantro, fresh
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsely, fresh
  • salt-n-pepper to taste
  • 1 md
    lemon or lime

How To Make pico de gallo

    Hint: If at all possible, buy as many ingredients organic for this recipe since it is not cooked.

    Chop Tomato with skin on into small pieces Add 1/2 Onion, chopped small
  • 3
    Add chopped fine the... Serrano Chilis, Cilantro, Parsely Dash of salt-n-pepper to taste
  • 4
    Squeeze Lemon or Lime over mixture. Mix. Let rest for 3-4 hours in fridge. Keeps 5-6 days.
