This is a great finger food to take to potlucks and freezes well to have on hand. White bread works best.

Ingredients For mushroom rolls

  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh white mushroom sliced
  • 1/2 c
    onion diced
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1-2 pinch
    salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1
    loaf of bread crusts removed
  • 1/2 c
    butter melted

How To Make mushroom rolls

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 In skillet melt butter add mushrooms and onions. Saute until tender.

    Add next 5 ingredients and stir until cream cheese is melted. Cool

    Roll bread flat and add mushroom mixture. Roll up and brush with last 1/2 cup melted butter. Cut each roll in half.Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 15 mins
