Ingredients For moroccan radish salad

1 lbradishes (best quality!) washed and trimmed

1/2orange, juice of
-
1/2meyer lemon, juice of (standard lemon ok)

2 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tspicing sugar (aka powdered sugar but granulated sugar ok)

1-2 Tbsporange flower water (start with 1/2 t. then add more, to taste)
How To Make moroccan radish salad

1Toss all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Cover and chill.

2Transfer the mixture to a bowl or platter and serve at room temperature. Suggestion: I lined a bowl with red leaf lettuce first and garnished the top of the radishes with orange zest.
