My family loves potatoes, and thank heavens there are so many ways to make a potato. so I started making my own fries after reading some of the ways companies make their tots! (Not good either) I hope my finger licking fries are a big hit at your house as they are at mine! Enjoy!

Ingredients For herb crusted steak potatoes

  • 4-5 lg
    potatoes or 6-7 small-medium
  • 2 tsp
    sea salt
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    fresh dill
  • 4 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 2-3 clove
    fresh garlic
  • 1/3 c
    monterey jack cheese (grated ) (optional)

How To Make herb crusted steak potatoes

    Pre heat oven to 475*

    Wash and slice potatoes and place on a cookie sheet .

    in a bowl, mix all herbs and seasonings in a bowl, set aside.

    drizzle oil all over the fries , give it a good toss with your fingers to coat all the sides of the fries. Sprinkle herbal mix all over the fries and give it another toss.

    place in the oven for 15-20 mins, then crank up the heat to broil til golden brown, if adding cheese, add just before the broil!! Best served with Ranch!! Enjoy!!
