3/4 csour cream

How To Make garlic cucumber dip

1Peel cucumber; cut in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Grate cucumber, squeeze between paper towels several times to remove excess moisture.

2Place cucumber in a small bowl, stir in yogurt, sour cream, oil, dill, vinegar, garlic and salt. Refrigerate until chilled.

3When ready to serve sprinkle with additional minced dill.
