You won't believe you wonderful and refreshing this dip tastes. Once I start eating it I keep going back for more. Of course home grown cucumbers are always better but store bought cucumbers will work just fine when you get a craving.

Ingredients For cucumber dip

1english or 2 medium cucumbers

18 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 1/2 Tbspgrated onion

1 tspdried dill weed (or more to taste)

1/4 tspcayenne pepper (or more to taste)

2 tsplemon juice

salt to taste

1drop green food color (optional)
How To Make cucumber dip

1Peel cucumbers and removed seeds with a spoon. Grate cucumbers.

2Drain all water from cucumbers, squeeze it in a paper towel to make sure most of the moisture is gone but don't make it bone dry.

3Put all of the ingredients into a blender and mix well.

4Serve cold with pita chips, white corn chips, thin cucumber slices, celery sticks, carrot sticks, grape tomatoes, etc.
