Ingredients For crunchy potato balls

2 ccooked mashed potatoes

2 ccooked ham, finely chopped

1 cswiss cheese, shredded

1/2 cranch dressing

2eggs, beaten
-
1/4 cfinely chopped onion

1 tspprepared mustard
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
3 1/2 ccorn flakes, crushed
How To Make crunchy potato balls

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2Combine the potatoes, ham, cheese, salad dressing, eggs, onion, mustard, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and mix well.

3Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in corn flake crumbs.

4Arrange the balls on a greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
