I got this from food.com. This isn't a weight watcher recipe. However, I always like putting the weight watcher points for me,regardless of how high they are. Weight Watcher Points: 2 (1 pickle)

Ingredients For crispy fried pickles

oil (for frying)

10pickles (whole or spears)

1/2 cflour
-
1egg
-
1 Tbspwater

1 cbreadcrumbs

1 Tbspseasoning blend (miss dash or similar product)
How To Make crispy fried pickles

1Heat oil.

2Remove any excess liquid from pickles by blotting on paper towel.

3Place flour in a plastic ziplock bag and add pickles, shake well to coat.

4Beat Egg and 1 Tbsp of water together in a bowl.

5Combine Bread Crumbs and Seasoning in a second ziplock bag.

6Take 1 floured pickle and dip into egg mixture. Shake lightly to remove excess egg and place in Bread Crumbs. Shake Bag.

7Repeat for all pickles.

8Fry until golden brown.

9Serve with Ranch Dip.
