Ingredients For broccoli salad dip

1/2 lbfresh broccoli

6 ozcream cheese, softened

2/3 clow-fat greek yogurt

1/4 capple cider vinegar
-
2 tspsugar

1/4 tspkosher salt

4 slicebacon, thick slices (cooked and chopped)

1/2 ccashews, coarsely chopped

1/2 csharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/3 cred onion, minced
How To Make broccoli salad dip

1Remove and discard large leaves and tough ends of stalks from broccoli. Peel and coarsely chop stems. Coarsely chop florets.

2Process cream cheese and next 4 ingredients (yogurt through salt) in a food processor until smooth. Add broccoli; pulse 12-15 times or until finely chopped.

3Fold in bacon and remaining ingredients into cream cheese mixture. Serve immediately or chill up to 3 days.
