Ingredients For bean salsa

1 canpinto beans, drained
-
1 canblack beans, rinsed and drained

1 canblack eyed peas, drained

1 pkgsmall package frozen corn
-
1 jar2 oz. jar sliced pimientos with juice

1medium red onion, diced
-
1green bell pepper, chopped
-
1 cchopped celery
- FOR THE DRESSING
-
1 csugar
-
3/4 capple cider vinegar
-
1/2 ccanola oil
-
1 tspwater
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tsppepper
How To Make bean salsa

1Combine all the dressing ingredients in a sauce pan and boil until clear.

2Let the dressing cool a bit and pour over the bean mixture. Let sit overnight.

3Serve with Tostito Scoops
