Ingredients For baked vegetables w/ cheesy mushrooms

2 mdred onions
-
1 lgpotato
-
4-5 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 pkgsliced mushrooms
-
1 smhead of cauliflower
- SEASONINGS:

Dashesdried oregano
-
Dashesminced garlic

Dashesred paprika
-
Dashcayenne pepper

Dashescajun seasoning salt
How To Make baked vegetables w/ cheesy mushrooms

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2Peel potatoes, and onions.

3Rinse mushrooms thoroughly.

4cut potato into cubes, place onto Ungreased baking pan.

5cube onions and set aside with mushrooms. these are added midway thru baking process.

6rinse and cut segments of cauliflower into large flowerets. Add to pan with potatoes.

7pile potatoes & cauliflower. Drizzle Olive oil, then sprinkle seasonings liberally.

8lift & toss with spatula coating well. Then place into hot oven. bake 25 minutes.

9Add onions & mushrooms. bake 20 minutes.

10Toss with spatula adding cheese on top of mushrooms return to garnish baking 10-15 minutes. Serve Hot!
