Ingredients For asparagus caprese flatbread

  • 2
    naan bread or flatbread, cut in half
  • 2 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 bunch
    asparagus, cut into 2" pieces with ends discarded
  • 1 1/2 c
    grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c
    mini mozzarella, halved
  • olive oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    fresh basil, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make asparagus caprese flatbread

    Preheat oven to 400º F.
  • 2
    Place bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • 3
    Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, asparagus and half the tomatoes.

    Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.
  • 5
    Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining tomatoes, mozzarella halves and a drizzle of olive oil.
