Ingredients For asparagus caprese flatbread

2naan bread or flatbread, cut in half

2 clovegarlic, finely chopped

1 cparmesan cheese, shaved

1 bunchasparagus, cut into 2" pieces with ends discarded

1 1/2 cgrape tomatoes, halved
-
1 cmini mozzarella, halved

olive oil
-
4 Tbspfresh basil, chopped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make asparagus caprese flatbread

1Preheat oven to 400º F.

2Place bread on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

3Sprinkle with garlic, Parmesan cheese, asparagus and half the tomatoes.

4Bake until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 12-15 minutes.

5Remove from oven and immediately top with remaining tomatoes, mozzarella halves and a drizzle of olive oil.
