This is a combination Antipasto. Granny was from Naples and Grandpa from Palermo. No holiday is complete at my home unless there is Granny's Antipasto

Ingredients For antipasto zuccaro style

1 jarsweet mixed pickles
-
1 jarsweet baby gherkins

1/2 jarsweet cherry peppers
-
1 jarmild banana pepper rings
-
1 jarspanish olives
-
1 canmedium size black olives
-
1 cananchovies in oil
-
salt and pepper
-
1/2 tspgarlic powder
-
1 Tbspolive oil
How To Make antipasto zuccaro style

1Drain and combine all pickles, peppers and olives in a large bowl

2Pour anchovy oil over pickles
-
3Sprinkle garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste

4Toss to combine
-
5Place in a decorative bowl and decorate with the anchovies fillets

6Cover with Plastic Wrap and Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld
