    flour
  • 1 tsp
    bake powder
  • 2 md
    egg yolks
  • 150 g
    butter
  • 2 Tbsp
    water
  • 400 g
    preserved tomato cubes
  • 1 md
    onion
  • 5 clove
    garlic
  • 1 tsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 100 g
    black olives without kernels
  • 100 g
    anchovis
  • 1 pinch
    black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    rosemary
  • 1 pinch
    sugar

How To Make tart with tomatoes and anchovis

    Mix in a robot,butter,egg yolks,bake powder and water,till,is a dough.Pu a little,in the fridge.

    Mix tomato cubes,oil,chopped onion,and,minced garlic,balsamic vinegar,sugar,and black pepper,and,boil.Set aside.

    Heat the oven.

    In a smeared tray,lay the dough,put the tomato sauce,black olives,anchovis,rosemary,and,bake.
