Ingredients For summer salmon & scallops w/mango salsa and spinach

  • 4 lg
    salmon
  • 12 lg
    scallops
  • 12 oz
    spinach
  • 8 oz
    craisin
  • 1 lg
    orange bell pepper
  • 1 lg
    red bell pepper
  • 1 c
    white wine
  • 1 sm
    lemon juice
  • 3 oz
    feta cheese
  • 1 clove
    garlic
  • 12 oz
    mango salsa
  • 5 Tbsp
    feiny's rubs
  • 2 Tbsp
    oil
  • 4 Tbsp
    garbanzo beans, dry

How To Make summer salmon & scallops w/mango salsa and spinach

    Rub Salmon and Scallops and pour oil in pan and sauté until top is crispy… put cedar plan on stove and turn on until it sets fire…once it sets add salmon and let cook put on metal pan and into th even. 350 for 10-15 minutes or until flakes.

    add oil to hot pan and add garbanzo beans, peppers, spinach and lemon juice and crasins…..add white wen and sauté. set aside

    Layer spinach mixture on plate and add feta then scallops add mango salsa to top of salmon.. ENJOY>
