Ingredients For stuffed sweet peppers appetizer/salad

10sweet multi-colored peppers, seeded and sliced in half

canned or vacuum packed alaskan salmon--bones and skin removed

prepared spinach dip containing carrots and water chestnuts
How To Make stuffed sweet peppers appetizer/salad

1Blend spinach dip and salmon. (One part dip to 3 to 4 parts salmon or to taste) Stuff the pepper shells.

2Makes 20 appetizers or serve 2 on lettuce for a salad.
