Ingredients For shrimp rolls

  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 6 oz
    cooked shrimp finely chopped
  • 1/2 c
    shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped cucumber
  • 2 Tbsp
    finely chopped scallions
  • 4
    8 inch flour tortillas
  • 1 jar
    shrimp cocktail sauce

How To Make shrimp rolls

  • 1
    Combine cream cheese and half the shrimp sauce, shrimp, cheese, cucumber and scallions. Mix well. Spread about 1/2 cup shrimp mixture on each tortillas.

    Roll up tortillas. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. slice and serve with sauce.
