8 ozcream cheese softened

6 ozcooked shrimp finely chopped

1/2 cshredded swiss cheese

1/4 cfinely chopped cucumber
-
2 Tbspfinely chopped scallions

48 inch flour tortillas

1 jarshrimp cocktail sauce
How To Make shrimp rolls

1Combine cream cheese and half the shrimp sauce, shrimp, cheese, cucumber and scallions. Mix well. Spread about 1/2 cup shrimp mixture on each tortillas.

2Roll up tortillas. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours. slice and serve with sauce.
