Ingredients For monika's ceviche

1 lbtilapia fillets

10limes
-
3plum tomatoes, seeded
-
1cucumber, seeded
-
1 smred onion, diced
-
1jalapeno, seeded
-
salt/pepper
-
1 bunchcilantro
How To Make monika's ceviche

1Cut the tilapia into small pieces and place in a glass dish.

2cut and juice the limes and pour on top.
-
3seed the tomatoes, cucumbers & jalapenos, then dice into small pieces, add to the tilapia.
-
4dice the red onion and cut the cilantro into small pieces and add in.

5add salt and pepper
-
6let sit at least 1 hour...or as long as over night
