Ingredients For monika's ceviche

  • 1 lb
    tilapia fillets
  • 10
    limes
  • 3
    plum tomatoes, seeded
  • 1
    cucumber, seeded
  • 1 sm
    red onion, diced
  • 1
    jalapeno, seeded
  • salt/pepper
  • 1 bunch
    cilantro

How To Make monika's ceviche

    Cut the tilapia into small pieces and place in a glass dish.
  • 2
    cut and juice the limes and pour on top.
  • 3
    seed the tomatoes, cucumbers & jalapenos, then dice into small pieces, add to the tilapia.

    dice the red onion and cut the cilantro into small pieces and add in.

    add salt and pepper

    let sit at least 1 hour...or as long as over night
