I've been making my own sauces for awhile now. Store brands just don't compare. Nothing could be easier to make than Cajun Cocktail Sauce or this recipe. Use it with any boiled or fried seafood and especialy hush puppies. Enjoy!

Ingredients For kicked up creole tartar sauce

1 cmiracle whip or blue plate mayo (i like m.w.)

2 Tbspsweet pickle relish, coarsely chopped

1 Tbspminced fresh onion

2 tsphot sauce (tobasco)

1/4 tspcajun seasoning

1/4 tsporegano, dried

1/2 tsplemon juice (optional)
How To Make kicked up creole tartar sauce

1Combine all or your ingredients. Store in a mason jar or sealed plastic container and keep in the refrigerator.

2Optional Ingredients: Dill relish instead of sweet Dill weed Minced green onion Use your imagination to make it your own.
