Ingredients For jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

  • 1 box
    jiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix
  • 1 c
    chopped hot dogs
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped jar jalapenos
  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • HONEY MUSTARD
  • storebought
  • OR
  • 1/4 c
    yellow mustard
  • 1/8 tsp
    honey

How To Make jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

  • 1
    Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.

    Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos. Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.
  • 3
    Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min. Serve with honey mustard.
