Ingredients For jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

1 boxjiffy cornbread mix plus milk and egg per directions or your favorite mix

1 cchopped hot dogs
-
2 Tbspchopped jar jalapenos

shredded cheddar cheese
- HONEY MUSTARD

storebought
- OR
-
1/4 cyellow mustard

1/8 tsphoney
How To Make jalapeno corn dog cupcakes w/honey mustard dip

1Mix cornbread with milk and egg. Will be a little lumpy still. Let rest for 5min.

2Stir in chopped hotdogs and Jalapenos. Fill mini cupcake pans with or without liners.

3Bake at 400 for 4min. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese place back in oven for another 2min. Serve with honey mustard.
