I was at a Christmas party many moons ago, and the party was catered by an Italian restaurant. They served a bacon wrapped shrimp that was to die for, from that day, I was determined to make a recipe that was close to that tasty morsel I had that night.

Ingredients For greek bacon wrapped shrimp

1/8 colive oil, extra virgin

1 lbshrimp, peeled and deveined,colossal size

2 Tbspgreek seasoning, divided

2 tspcrushed pepper flakes, divided

1 lbgood quality bacon
How To Make greek bacon wrapped shrimp

1Preheat oven to 400'

2Cover the shrimp with the olive oil

3Add 1 tablespoon of Greek seasoning and 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Set aside.

4Take bacon strips and cut in half.

5Wrap shrimp in half slice of bacon. Mix remaining Greek seasoning and pepper flakes and roll wrapped shrimp in mixture. You may need more seasoning.

6Place in 13 x 9 baking dish and broil for 15-20 minutes or until done. Enjoy!!

7Also goes great on top of fettichinni Alfredo.
