Ingredients For escargots butter

  • 2 lb
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    garlic minced
  • 1 bunch
    parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    black pepper

How To Make escargots butter

  • 1
    Pull butter 30 minutes prior to slightly soften
  • 2
    Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl.

    Blend on lowest speed for 15 minutes. Stop mixer and scrape sides 3 times.

    Using a spatula place prepped butter in plastic container,

    Refrigerate immediately.
